Inside the facility, Mercedes-Benz’s first mass-produced electric vehicle “EQC” will be on display until March 18th.

The AI utilizes multiple sensors to detect human heartbeats, body temperature, etc., and automatically adjusts by taking in external air or turning on air conditioning, to provide a comfortable indoor environment for users.

In addition, the EQ House has no windows and is covered with a panel of 1,200 holes in a digital design build. When a person approaches the glass door at the entrance, the sensor responds, and the frosted glass changes to a transparent point.

Since its founding in 1610, Takenaka Corporation has specialized in architecture, and has worked on numerous buildings.
